Joe Soucheray

Columnist and radio show host, Joe Soucheray, is the author of several books, including Waterline: Of Fathers, Sons, and Boats, Once There Was a Ballpark: The Season of the Met, 1956-1981; Souch! Sports writing of Joe Soucheray of the Minneapolis Tribune; Modern, Caring, Sensitive Male: A Curmudgeon Columnist Looks at Life; and several books in the series, [Creative Education Sports Superstars.] He was a sports columnist for the Minneapolis Tribune before he joined the St. Paul Pioneer Press. Soucheray has been the host of Garage Logic ® since 1993, where he serves as mayor and fireworks commissioner. The show is broadcast from 1500 ESPN in St. Paul and heard on 22 affiliates. Now, in Garage Logic ®: A Companion Guide to Life in the Radio Town, the streets come alive. There really is a fabulous Spoon Lake, a downtown, a Knack Hardware and Lounge, and a golf course called Creature Path.
