Tom Kerber   - Chief Publishing Executive
Tom leads the publishing team working with authors, team members, and business partners to set strategic direction. He has over 30 years experience as a business executive and entrepreneur in diverse industries with a master's degree in Business Administration.
Dara Beevas   - Vice President
Dara leads the editorial team in working with authors and team members to guide books through the publishing process. She is a graduate of the master's degree program in publishing at George Washington University in Washington D.C. and is a former acquisitions editor for the American Chemical Society.
Amy Quale   - Managing Editor
Amy is a writer and editor with a talent for developing and shaping the editorial and creative direction of manuscripts. Amy works directly with authors coordinating the editing, design, printing, and distribution throughout the publishing process. Since joining Beaver's Pond, Amy has played an integral role in coaching authors and helping identify key ways to enhance their writing. Amy graduated from Concordia College with a BA in English Writing, and was previously a feature writer at the High Plains Reader in Fargo, ND.
Heather Kerber   - Publishing Operations Manager
Heather manages Beaver’s Pond’s e-book services, in-house marketing and design initiatives, and coordinates distribution and web services for our authors. She comes to Beaver’s Pond with a passion for creativity and works hands-on to ensure our authors’ books have access to the key national distribution channels and bookstores. Heather has a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Marketing from Bemidji State University. During her free time she enjoys participating in sports such as bowling, volleyball, and curling.
Lily Coyle   - Developmental Editor
Lily’s range of experience includes ghostwriting, screenwriting, playwriting, writing-writing, and eight years in the Navy as a military paralegal. She understands the real hurdles and hassles that authors face, and this comes through in her forthright coaching style. With an eye for small details as well as the big picture, she’ll capably guide your project from idea to book. Lily is married to independent filmmaker Patrick Coyle. They live in South Minneapolis with two fine children and one rotten dog.
