Milt founded Beaver's Pond Press in 1998 to help writers reach their dreams of becoming published authors. Milt has published more than 500 titles under the Beaver's Pond imprint.

Tom Kerber
Chief Publishing Executive
Tom leads the publishing team working with authors, team members and business partners to set the strategic direction.  He has over 30 years experience as a business executive and entrepreneur in diverse industries with a master's degree in Business Administration.

Dara Beevas
Executive Editor
Dara leads the editorial team in working with authors and team members to guide books through the publishing process. She is a graduate of the master’s degree program in publishing at George Washington University in Washington D.C. and is former acquisitions editor for the American Chemical Society.

Amy Quale
Managing Editor
Amy is a writer and editor with a talent for developing and shaping the editorial and creative direction of manuscripts. Amy works directly with authors coordinating the editing, design, printing, and distribution throughout the publishing process. Since joining Beaver's Pond, Amy has played an integral role in coaching authors and helping identify key ways to enhance their writing. Amy graduated from Concordia College with a BA in English Writing, and was previously a feature writer at the High Plains Reader in Fargo, ND.

Jordan Wiklund
Acquisitions Editor
Jordan is the primary contact for new authors with Beaver's Pond Press. Working with developed and/or completed manuscripts, Jordan offers comprehensive insight into the creative process and helps authors understand the steps to publication. Jordan has written and edited for Cabin Life and Living North magazines, garnered praise for several critical articles published online, and is one of the founders of the Luther Review, published at Luther College, where he graduated from in 2007. He is currently a graduate student in the Creative Writing MFA program at Hamline University in St. Paul.

Heather Kerber
Publishing Coordinator
Heather manages office communications and coordinates publishing processes. She is a graduate of Bemidji State University.
